Good value, minor integration hiccup

We signed up for VoiceGenie to try their Automated Cold Calling Software and overall, it's been a solid experience. The pricing for the annual plan was quite competitive, and the Real-time Speech Recognition worked very well during our tests. The only small issue we hit was with the initial CRM Integration Modules; it took a bit more back-and-forth with support to get it fully aligned with our specific setup. Once that was sorted, though, it's been performing as expected and saving us time.
